Dr. Katherine Kim Tran has been providing exceptional eye care for more than 21 years and is proud to serve patients at Memorial Eye Center Missouri City. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2005 after completing her undergraduate studies in Microbiology at Louisiana State University (LSU), where she graduated in 1997.
As a Therapeutic Optometrist and Glaucoma Specialist, Dr. Tran is dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain healthy vision through comprehensive, personalized eye care. She chose optometry because of the profound impact it has on patients' quality of life and finds great satisfaction in improving vision and overall eye health for people of all ages.
One of Dr. Tran’s favorite aspects of being an optometrist is the opportunity to connect with patients every day. She enjoys learning about their lives and building lasting relationships while providing the highest standard of care.
Outside the office, Dr. Tran enjoys working out, skiing, and spending quality time with her family. She is family-friendly, welcomes patients of all ages, and is currently accepting new patients. Dr. Tran speaks English and has basic proficiency in Vietnamese and Spanish, allowing her to serve a diverse patient community.
