Three of our family members have had very positive experiences at Memorial Eye Center-Meyerland. We had seen both doctors and Diego and Tanya were also efficient, friendly, and helpful. The care feels thorough and personal and it is affordable as well. A great option—especially for those in our Meyerland area. They also have a nice selection of eyeware/frames.

I had such a wonderful experience at Memorial Eye Center for my first visit! From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was so kind, welcoming, and polite. Everyone made me feel comfortable and treated me with great customer service. Dr. Tran was also amazing! She was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tran and the Memorial Eye Center team to anyone looking for quality eye care!

Dr. Jamie is AMAZING. I tell everyone to go see her. The office team are amazing , always happy and willing to tell me .... I have to get used to it my new glasses stronger script than before. I won't go anywhere else.

I'm very pleased with the amazing assistance of Marybeth Torregosa who always offer an exemplary, and professional service during my visits. Dr. Zybach is a topnotch eye doctor who untirelesly monitor my vision problem. They have state of the art optical equipments, and the place is clean and organized. Dr. Zibach is a very knowledgeable professional who can assist with all your eye care needs. He listens and provides solutions. I couldn’t wear contacts due to severe dry eyes. He found a solution first try and I am a happy contact wearer.

The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating. Even the music was great! Dr. Turner was kind and answered all my questions. She explained everything in great detail. Would definitely recommend!

Everyone in the place was friendly, especially the receptionist that I talk to the first time. I had went to a few places and I didn’t find the style of frame that I liked. But she allowed me to find the style of frame that I did like and she was patient and very professional, and she kept the glasses on my file for 25 days until my insurance kicked in. The price for my glasses was very reasonable and I totally enjoy them. Thank you.

Great first time visit for me and my 13 yo son. Doc Turner made my son feel comfortable and really took the time to listen to my issues and make very helpful recommendations. She and the rest of the staff were knowledgeable and caring. My son and I both got new prescriptions, and he got new frames. They were very patient and kind when he tried on about 30 frames before making a decision! His frames came back in about a week. My new lenses came back in two weeks. The quality is great. We enjoyed our interactions with the entire staff. Highly recommend.

I have a bad experience with another place not having my contacts I ordered for my wedding despite getting them 3 months in advance. I last minute made an appointment here with Parkwood Vision Center as a new patient and not only did they save the day by getting my contacts they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for my actual wedding day since this was my first time getting contacts(eyedrops, solution, multiple dailys). The staff was patient and kind while helping me learn to put them in despite it being closer to closing time on a Saturday. I can’t thank them enough!!! I will now get to see future husband walking down the aisle!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful and I was seen timely. Dr. Chiu is very thorough and addressed all my concerns and was most helpful with suggestions and samples for my dry eyes.

This place is great, they took my appointment same day within hours, the staff is very courteous and polite. Dr. Monica Jones has a great disposition, she has a calming voice, is very knowledgeable and I will now start coming here for all of my eye and vision needs. I had debris scratch my cornea and Dr . Monica Jones knew exactly what to do. I was out in less than 30 minutes.

The staff was so nice getting me checked in and Dr Hinton and the tech were very knowledgeable and nice. I was fitted for contact lenses and they were near perfect the first time. I will go back in a couple of weeks for another evaluation. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end!

I was referred to Dr. Tavares by a friend. OMG he is the best eye doctor I have ever gone to. He’s very personable, very knowledgeable, and extremely patient with me as I was trying to figure out which letter seemed clearer, and which contacts were better. I was a walk-in without an appointment. The friendly young lady at the desk told me to have a seat and would check on what time they could get me in. She said by 2pm but the got me in earlier and my issue was resolved by 2pm. Dr. Tavares is the best. Everyone in that office is very friendly.

If you have never had an eye Dr. listen to you and explain things in detail and continuously work to correct your vision instead of putting a bandaid on it, you need to be here.

Dr. Jose Payan has a great bedside manner, shares info about what he sees and communicates it simply and is easy to understand! It was my first time at his office and it was on Saturday and was seen in a timely manner! He will share results with a surgeon I’m scheduled to see later and I hope that helps the surgeon to continue to treat the issues with my eyes! TU, Dr. Payan!

Dr Pham caught some issues early that would have lead to me going blind if he didn't refer me to a retina specialist. The staff is friendly and I always feel taken care of.

Dr. Yee listened intently to my medical history pertaining my eye and did a very thorough examination, fixing my prescription. I see much better now both through glasses and contacts. The staff in the front were lovely. They seem to enjoy working there and are so helpful! Glad I switched doctors.

I have searched for years for a good eye clinic. I have finally found the one! Brittany and Chris were amazing! Making me feel comfortable. Brittany helped me with my glasses purchase with ZERO sales pressure and gave me some cute stickers (I’m an overgrown child 💖 so I loved this little touch). Chris answered all my questions and was very kind. Dr. Gonzales was amazing. She explained everything she was doing as she went along and she was fast. Absolutely cannot recommend this clinic enough!

I had a medical emergency with an eye on a Friday afternoon and they were able to fit me in right away for a thorough exam even though I did not have an appointment. They gave me clear instructions on how to manage my condition over the weekend and provided a reference to a retinal specialist if it got worse. I am very grateful for their care and assistance.

My Boyfriend and I were seen at Memorial Eye Center on Friday and everyone from the front to the back were so nice and helpful. I was seen by Dr. Tan and she was so nice and sweet, she had her staff let us know she was running a little behind and that there would be a wait but working in a doctors office myself I assured them that these things happen and we wouldn't mind waiting at all. Dr. Tan spent so much time with us and even went out of her way to come and check on my Bf to see if he liked the contacts he wanted after she was through with seeing us. Unfortunately, I did not get the lady's name who went over our insurance/coverage for my glasses and my Bf's contacts but she was so funny and so sweet. Definitely will be back in a year for my next check up.

All the staff are amazing! Everyone has a great attitude. They are very patient with children and giving children services. Dr. Brandon Moderhack is very good at explaining things to parents and to the children. 10/10 super team!

I love this place! The staff here are helpful, kind, and patient. Dr. Nguyen is the best eye doctor I’ve been to. He is truly passionate about making sure I get the right fit for my sight. He is not just showing up, he is fulfilling his purpose. In a society of me first, subpar customer service, and people just showing up, it’s refreshing to experience service from the heart. This place and Dr. Nguyen are rare gems.

This is a wonderful eye center to visit. The office is always clean, the staff is very pleasant and gentle with the kids! The Eye Center also has a nice selection of frames and they accept Medicaid as well. This is my third or fourth year bringing the kids to Dr. Richard Nguyen, he’s very professional and knowledgeable. My children are comfortable with him and I trust his professional opinion and recommendations!!

She caught a life-threatening issue with my eyes during my exam. She sent me to the ER and they found high spinal fluid pressure and worked at a plan to solve the issue. They take their time with your exam and they really care.

I called the office on a Monday and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Check-in was easy, and I was seen right away. All of my questions were answered, and I felt welcomed by both the doctor and the staff. Overall, it was a great experience.

Dr. Lutz took great care of me when I had a huge corneal abrasion recently. She was very thorough and made sure that everything was healing properly. I will definitely be back for my regular vision exam needs!
