I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ashley Olivarez and the entire staff. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Olivarez took her time to thoroughly explain my exam results, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. The office was clean, well-organized, and appointments were on time. I truly appreciated the personalized care and attention to detail, especially when helping me choose my new eyeglasses. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients' eye health and making sure you leave with the right prescription and glasses. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional eye care.

I've been going here for about 5 years. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of frames. And the Dr's answer all your questions. When you find the right place you dont want to go anywhere else.

Dr. Zaibaq is very thorough and genuinely one of the best. He quickly diagnosed my eye condition that a previous optometrist did not catch. He works hard to make sure your needs are met. Would recommend to anyone!

Before my appointment, I went down a rabbit hole of reviews, but I always want to check things out for myself before turning them away. I'm glad that I didn't follow the negative reviews. The front desk staff was polite and greeted me immediately as I walked through the door. She checked me in right away as I walked around checking out their frames. I was then greeted by Brooklyn who took me back to start my initial exam. She greeted me by my name, she was cheerful, and professional. I was then moved to the official exam room with I was greeted by Dr. Doan. Her energy was amazing!!! She made me feel relaxed and heard. I was not rushed as all and I've read reviews about being rushed. I could tell that she really knew what she was talking about and she was very informative about what I needed. She didn't spend time feeding me BS and charging me up!!!! Finally, Ms. Diane finalized my presciption and orders. She walked me through what my charges were after my insurance. NOBODY tried to upsell any services in which I didn't need. There may have been suggestions, but it wasn't anything that I needed for my lens. I am very pleased with my first visit and all of the staff today that assisted me.

Took my daughter here as a self pay patient for medical issue, the doctor and staff were very kind, efficient and prompt. The doctor provided through information need to get my daughter back to normal.

Dr. Zibach is a very knowledgeable professional who can assist with all your eye care needs. He listens and provides solutions. I couldn’t wear contacts due to severe dry eyes. He found a solution first try and I am a happy contact wearer.

I went to this office because of the good reviews on Google and because a neighbor had recommended it. I live in oak Forest and had never noticed that this was located across the street from the Krogers I go to. Since I have a newborn, it was easy to leave home and go to the office quickly. From the moment I got to the office I was greeted professionally and received a packet that was transparent about prices. Even with my baby crying I felt comfortable nursing. My baby in the waiting room and the staff were kind. Jasmine took me to the back room and watched me through a series of exams and used the various machines to scan my eyes. She prepared me and answered any questions about each of the testing processes. She was very cordial and professional. Then I saw Dr. Turner. She was also very thorough and understanding to let me take my time if the baby cried or needed a diaper change during the exam. She answered any questions and thoroughly explained my retinal scans. When I was done. I wasn't pressured into buying glasses. My prescription hadn't changed in the past 1 to 2 years. Roberto, help check me out and I was pleased that the price was exactly what I expected and very reasonable. Roberto asked what I would like to do for glasses and left it at that. No sales pitch. Just a question and then he made sure that I was comfortable and I could easily get to my car from the office with my baby in tow. I'll definitely come back to this office again in the future. Dr. Turner and her team are top-notch! They were relaxed, professional, and knowledgeable; I felt very comfortable. The long wait made it a slightly negative experience. As an MA, I understand running behind. However, I selected the first visit of the day, not realizing my appointment was scheduled before clinic started. Although I arrived nearly 30 minutes early, I checked in late and received a text to reschedule. I got to keep my appointment, but I’d recommend removing any visits outside of your business hours. And perhaps the first spots should be reserved for existing patients who don’t have to fill out new patient paperwork. Even though I was there from opening to lunchtime, I was very happy with the care.

Our provider, Dr. Jones was wonderful. She was gentle, patient, and thorough with children, which made the visit feel comfortable and reassuring. She explained things clearly and provided care with both professionalism and warmth. It was also meaningful to be cared for by a Black woman and doctor who represents excellence. She is highly educated, and community-centered with her care. As a parent, that kind of representation matters, my child is now pretending to be an eye doctor and giving exams at home, now we all have to “follow the pen”. Dr. Jones made us feel seen, respected, and well cared for on every level. I highly recommend to anyone looking for quality, compassionate, and family-friendly eye care.

I have been coming here for about 3 years. The staff is friendly and professional and the location itself is very nice. Dr. Miao was a pleasure to work with, she was very patient, thorough and personable.

My right eye was bothering me after a bad lash extension application. The pain was so severe that I could barely open my eye. I found Dr. Sandra Bui because of her outstanding reviews, and I’m so glad I did. She performed a thorough eye examination and explained every step of the process, as well as her findings, which made me feel informed and reassured. Thankfully, the steroid eye drops she prescribed resolved the issue. Lastly, the front office staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They even followed up with me three days later to make sure the eye drops were working and that my eye was improving. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received and highly recommend Dr. Bui and her team.

Of the 4 Memorial Eye Centers our family has received services, Memorial Eye Center is undoubtedly the place we return to every year, or as appointments are needed. The doctors are well- capacitated and are thorough in their diagnoses and explanations to patients. The staff has an honest interest to serve the clients and are polite and considerate. It is the best in West Houston!

Best optometrists in Houston. They have been in practice at this location for many years. Very professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they are friendly and kind when delivering difficult information you may not want to hear, but always done with the patients' best interest in mind.

Professional and clean office. I arrived 15m before my appointment time and was seen on time, as I filled out most paperwork online. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I saw Dr. L Payan as a new patient. She was efficient and courteous, took great care of me. Office did not try to up-sell what kind of exam or procedure I needed, recommended exactly what I needed only. New glasses turnaround time 14 days, arrived on time, I got text messaged to come pick up. I had VSP vision insurance for my visit, did NOT pay out of pocket. Great neighborhood eye clinic.

I am truly impressed! It’s been quite some time since I’ve experienced clarity like this. As soon as I put in my new contacts, it felt akin to having LASIK! I couldn't be more thrilled with the results; they are exceptional. I can hardly discern any difference between the distance vision and the lower part for reading. Dr. Yee and her staff are wonderful. Scheduling an appointment for the first time was quick and easy. I was able to get in the next day. They helped me get through the new patient forms quickly when I arrived and I had virtually no wait time before getting into the exam room. Dr. Yee is thorough and pleasant and takes time to explain everything and answer questions. My follow up visit went just as smoothly as my initial visit. Access to the building and parking are both easy.

I've always struggled with putting anything in my eyes- previous doctors have given up on giving me eye drops because I had a hard time getting my eyes to stop closing automatically. I had my prescription from exam I had at my home in KY. I just decided to walk in when shopping in the area and decided to get glasses. Both ladies in the clinic were very helpful. I ended up deciding on glasses. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the service.

Amazing Dr and great staff. They made me feel very welcomed and were super efficient and got me in and out! The doctor was also very informative and after getting an annual exam done every year this is the first year I actually understood what is affecting my eyesight and got tips to ease some of the discomfort I’ve dealt with for years!

I recently had to change optometrists due to insurance and was very happy with my first visit. The doctor was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. The optical shop had a large selection of designer frames and prices were fair. They offer Saturday hours, which is very convenient.

The staff is always professional and efficient. Appointments typically start on time, and the wait to see the doctor is minimal. Dr. Walls is both knowledgeable and personable, making patients feel comfortable and well cared for. My son recently had an appointment and said that Dr. Walls was a "cool doctor," which speaks volumes about his ability to connect with patients of age groups. I truly appreciate the excellent care and service provided by this office.

The staff at this location are outstanding. We moved an hour away from this location, however we will continue to drive here any time we need glasses. We particularly love working with Vi! They are super knowledgeable and will help you find frames that fit your style and budget. I highly recommend them!

My experience with Dr. Daniel Wishnow and his assistant is always pleasant. The practice manager, Mariana Mejia, is always friendly and is very helpful in explaining details about frames, etc. She educated me on why it could be an advantage to choose polarized lenses for my sunglasses. In my opinion, she gives 100% of her time and knowledge when assisting me. I would suggest Wishnow-Sugar Vision Center to my family and friends.
