Frazier Eye Center is fantastic. The level of care from all employees is exceptional. Dr. Olivares has worked with me through fast changing prescriptions and other issues until it stabilized and she was able to find a contact lens thatI can wear comfortably.

Three of our family members have had very positive experiences at Memorial Eye Center-Meyerland. We had seen both doctors and Diego and Tanya were also efficient, friendly, and helpful. The care feels thorough and personal and it is affordable as well. A great option—especially for those in our Meyerland area. They also have a nice selection of eyeware/frames.

I had such a wonderful experience at Memorial Eye Center for my first visit! From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was so kind, welcoming, and polite. Everyone made me feel comfortable and treated me with great customer service. Dr. Tran was also amazing! She was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tran and the Memorial Eye Center team to anyone looking for quality eye care!

Dr. Amie is truly the best! She is incredibly compassionate, caring, and takes the time to make you feel comfortable and heard. I'm very pleased with the amazing assistance of Marybeth Torregosa who always offer an exemplary, and professional service during my visits. Dr. Zybach is a topnotch eye doctor who untirelesly monitor my vision problem. They have state of the art optical equipments, and the place is clean and organized. These are the reasons why I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Zibach is a very knowledgeable professional who can assist with all your eye care needs. He listens and provides solutions. I couldn’t wear contacts due to severe dry eyes. He found a solution first try and I am a happy contact wearer.

I have a bad experience with another place not having my contacts I ordered for my wedding despite getting them 3 months in advance. I last minute made an appointment here with Parkwood Vision Center as a new patient and not only did they save the day by getting my contacts they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for my actual wedding day since this was my first time getting contacts(eyedrops, solution, multiple dailys). The staff was patient and kind while helping me learn to put them in despite it being closer to closing time on a Saturday. I can’t thank them enough!!! I will now get to see future husband walking down the aisle!

Debbie was amazing at bringing the ease of a new visit to absolutely nothing - she is particularly caring and it shows. Dr. Rader and Dr. Kvinta are both very attentive and having themselves gone through many issues regarding vision care, are extremely knowledgeable and I really liked how well they were with the scientific advances and breakthroughs with attention to how it would affect the wallet and the long-term health - so it lived upto its reputation that made me go to the center in the first place. Kudos and I enjoy my contacts and frames more now.

Dr Mini and staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. I loved their updated technology with trained and experienced staff. They have the best customer care team. I will look forward seeing them in my next visit. I will most definitely recommend them to a friend.

I was a walk-in without an appointment. The friendly young lady at the desk told me to have a seat and would check on what time they could get me in. She said by 2pm but the got me in earlier and my issue was resolved by 2pm. Dr. Tavares is the best. Everyone in that office is very friendly.

Dr Porier detected an anomaly inside my eyeballs at an early stage. For this, I will forever be her cheerleader. Staff: If you're one of those people who're clueless about frames fitting your face, this is your place! Everyone truly goes above and beyond to fit you with the perfect glasses.

If you have never had an eye Dr. listen to you and explain things in detail and continuously work to correct your vision instead of putting a bandaid on it, you need to be here.

Dr. Jose Payan has a great bedside manner, shares info about what he sees and communicates it simply and is easy to understand! It was my first time at his office and it was on Saturday and was seen in a timely manner! He will share results with a surgeon I’m scheduled to see later and I hope that helps the surgeon to continue to treat the issues with my eyes! TU, Dr. Payan!

Staff is always friendly and services are provided in a timely fashion by highly competent professionals. I drive 150 miles to continue my care at Penn eye clinic since moving seven years ago. They are worth the drive!

Best service. Dr. Pham was very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. He spent adequate amount of time with me explaining things to me. Noe was very friendly, professional, and had extreme patience with me as I made my decisions about my glasses. He went above and beyond to make sure I was content. Dr. Yee listened intently to my medical history pertaining my eye and did a very thorough examination, fixing my prescription. I see much better now both through glasses and contacts. The staff in the front were lovely. They seem to enjoy working there and are so helpful! Glad I switched doctors.

Their service is great. I am always greeted when I walk through the door. I never have to wait that long to be seen. Billing is always correct and they contact me right away when my order is ready. Top notch service. I also just started taking my girls and they are 7. Nice to have a one stop shop for me and my family.

Amazing Dr and great staff. They made me feel very welcomed and were super efficient and got me in and out! The doctor was also very informative and after getting an annual exam done every year this is the first year I actually understood what is affecting my eyesight and got tips to ease some of the discomfort I’ve dealt with for years!

Upon entering very welcoming ambience. The staff is helpful and patient. Dr. Walls is very well versed in the ocular system. I had a concern about a previous diagnosis from an Ophthalmologist and he explained it more clearly and answered all my other questions.

Dr.Kim To and staff are absolutely amazing very knowledgeable and understanding I definitely recommend 100 out of 10 don’t walk run if you’re in the need of any eye care.

My Boyfriend and I were seen at Memorial Eye Center on Friday and everyone from the front to the back were so nice and helpful. I was seen by Dr. Tan and she was so nice and sweet, she had her staff let us know she was running a little behind and that there would be a wait but working in a doctors office myself I assured them that these things happen and we wouldn't mind waiting at all. Dr. Tan spent so much time with us and even went out of her way to come and check on my Bf to see if he liked the contacts he wanted after she was through with seeing us. Unfortunately, I did not get the lady's name who went over our insurance/coverage for my glasses and my Bf's contacts but she was so funny and so sweet. Definitely will be back in a year for my next check up.

All of the doctors here are wonderful! I’ve most recently worked with Dr. Matthews. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve gone here for about 20 years (when it started as TSO) and have never had a bad experience! All staff is excellent!

I love this place! The staff here are helpful, kind, and patient. Dr. Nguyen is the best eye doctor I’ve been to. He is truly passionate about making sure I get the right fit for my sight. He is not just showing up, he is fulfilling his purpose. In a society of me first, subpar customer service, and people just showing up, it’s refreshing to experience service from the heart. This place and Dr. Nguyen are rare gems.

This is a wonderful eye center to visit. The office is always clean, the staff is very pleasant and gentle with the kids! The Eye Center also has a nice selection of frames and they accept Medicaid as well. This is my third or fourth year bringing the kids to Dr. Richard Nguyen, he’s very professional and knowledgeable. My children are comfortable with him and I trust his professional opinion and recommendations!!

Dr Chin's office is beyond great. The entire operation from the initial exam to the final eyeglass fitting is top notch. The Dr and his staff are most caring and professional. My wife and I have been seeing him for decades and we both recommend them highly.

She caught a life-threatening issue with my eyes during my exam. She sent me to the ER and they found high spinal fluid pressure and worked at a plan to solve the issue. They take their time with your exam and they really care.

I called the office on a Monday and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Check-in was easy, and I was seen right away. All of my questions were answered, and I felt welcomed by both the doctor and the staff. Overall, it was a great experience.

Dr. Lutz took great care of me when I had a huge corneal abrasion recently. She was very thorough and made sure that everything was healing properly. I will definitely be back for my regular vision exam needs!
